On December 11 Sleigh 8 was donated to  Rockhill VFD by Shawn Long and family.

Mr Long donated all the materials and labor to build sleigh 8 and members help decorate it. Mr and Mrs Clause delivered the sleigh to the station during the Annual Pancake Breakfast. Were the community embraced it with open arms. The Sleigh made it maiden voyage on the annual Santa run through Lake Arrowhead, and Windsor Forest by the members at company 8.

The Sleigh will be used for this purpose and other fund raising efforts for the department. Our deepest appreciation and thanks goes out to the long family for there generous donation of time and material.
